Shrek Kart HD was one of the first games I ever installed on my iPad. Obviously aimed at the children's market, Shrek Kart HD includes all the main characters from the well known movie series, "Shrek". It includes Shrek himself, Donkey, Puss In Boots, Gingy, Pinocchio, Ogre Triplets, Fiona, Big Bad Wolf, the 3 Little Pigs and of course, Lord Farquaad (The Ghost Of!). The game offers 3 different difficulties, perfect for the smallest of children. There are 4 game modes in total - Single Race, which speaks for itself.

Tournament, which is where you can work your way through the tracks trying to get first place in each. Arena, where you have to use all the collectables in the game to try and get hits on your other opponents, and try not to be hit too much by them! Challenges, where you are given three options - "Gather Items", "Avoid Items" and "Time Attack" which are all very self explanatory. So, that's it for the single player, however there are Multiplayer Game modes too. First off, you can select between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth. Then, the two game modes that are multiplayer enabled are "Quick Race" and "Arena", and you can play with up to 3 other people. I think that they could have improved the game by including online gameplay, but this can easily be implemented in further updates. I think that this game is definitely worth its price, and provides masses of enjoyment, especially for the younger ones. Further information is continued after the gallery.
