After an agonising wait of what seemed like years, the Skype app now officially supports Video Calling over Wi-Fi and 3G! So far, it's beat FaceTime right? Wrong.

Some people are reporting that Video Calling over 3G is far too laggy, and that it's near impossible to make a video call. Maybe Apple was right not to release FaceTime over 3G? Leave your comments below if you've experienced problems!

A FaceTime Beta has has been released making it now possible to use FaceTime on your iTouch or iPhone and now your Mac! Apple recently released the new software, making it possible to connect all three gadgets through the new Skype alike software. On the Beta FaceTime is constantly running on all of your devices and will ring out aloud on every compatible device you own, so there's no worry of missing calls.
